Responsibilities:
Service:
• Manage and lead customer technical service issues & complaints
• Evaluate and resolve customer related technical support issue
• Support product installations
• Maintain product manuals and technical documentation
Processes:
• Maintain and support manufacturing processes and technical documentation
• Lead ECO & CAPA processes
Work closely with:
Internal – QA/RA, Operations and R&D department
External – Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors
Requirements:
• BSc. Preferably in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years proven experience in engineering/manufacturing/service environments of multi-disciplinary products
• Understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards: FDA QSR, ISO 13485, MDD/MDR
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Hebrew
• Experience in Medical Device companies – significant advantage
• “Hands on”, Independence, quick learner and a team player.
• Ability to set work direction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
