Responsibilities:
• Manage the routing team to meet results and provide quality performance.
• Define work processes internally and externally with relevant teams
• Define the team work plan by priorities
• Perform detailed analysis, identify problems, and come up with solutions.
• Setting pricing policy.
• In charge of analyzing department revenues and cost control.
• Liaise with other internal departments on a daily basis
• Work with external clients and vendors.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience of Proven team leading experience with proven results
• 3+ years’ experience of analytic skills with proven experience.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English
• Relevant BA degree from a leading University.
• Highly motivated and results oriented
