What You Will Do:
• Introducing Food, Beverage and Pharma service concepts, programs and products to potential and existing customers in the relevant industreis.
• Executing Service Strategy by providing professional consultancy on Chemical technical & application issues
• Establishing, verifying, and Optimizing systems and hygiene procedures
• Develop strategic work plans for completing sales targets and service needs including building service organization.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab’s innovative products, equipment, and services.
• Provide industry expertise and training to customers.
• Implement agreed upon corporate account commitments and proactively inform Corporate Account Manager (CAM’s) of results, challenges and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networks
• Monitoring and reporting markets in own sales territory (customer needs, competitors, prices)
• Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Holds a degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering .
• Has minimum 3 years of strong sales experience in a preferably multinational environment (experience in Food & Beverage business will be an asset)
• Has excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has the ability to work independently & set own schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) skills
• Customer-service focus with the ability to develop meaning relationship
• No restrictions for travelling
• Valid driving license and is an active driver
• Excellent command of MS Office
