• Analyze the market and users and design the solutions to cater for best user experience and retention
• Produce high quality UX design, visual graphic design, product look and feel through the use of wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards etc.
• Review and influence the prioritization of customer journeys and experiences
• Work closely with core product team on roadmap and requirements
• Design and own all UI elements and tools and their usage.
• Keep up to date with competition and offering
• Be in charge of the specific data and knowledge needed to assess customer behavior, measure changes and improvements, ultimately increasing user satisfaction, life time and value.
• Establish and drive digital best practices across the product
• Run A/B tests for UI elements and conceptual changes
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure tailored solutions for company’s customers
Requirements:
• Real passion for product design and user engagement
• 7+ years’ experience in owning and managing a customer facing product and it’s development. Comprehending the wider view of the product and its different customer types.
• A team player and leader but also independent and self-capable
• Vast experience in working directly with developers, prioritizing, and leading a product in a matrix environment
• Deep understanding of working in B2C digital product with a broad working knowledge of the core disciplines, and a deep understanding of consumer psychology
• Experience with use of external tools, analytics or other tracking tools, APIs and integrations
• Experience of managing and leading a team to motivate and drive results
• Working knowledge of web languages is desirable (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WP)
• Knowledge and experience in developing web and mobile applications a huge advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
