Responsibilities
Lead monthly webinars and podcasts
Working closely with Product and Customer Success teams to launch a monthly customer email newsletter highlighting new product releases, big news and customer success stories
Building a legit library of compelling customer stories, testimonials, and references
Plan and execute in-person and virtual customer events as a way to foster a community of customers and keep them engaged
Working closely with the content and inbound team for timely campaign customer content and promotion
Making sure our brand personality comes through our customer marketing content
Requirements
You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B/SaaS marketing
You have run successful webinars and (hopefully) podcasts and have bragging rights to great results
You have at least 2+ years of hands-on customer marketing and advocacy experience
You hate marketing buzzwords just as much as we do; you write like you talk
You have content writing under your belt, short and long
You’re ready to work at a fast-growing startup, where projects come in and out without warning
You aren’t expecting for there to be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you
You know how to work with other teams like Customer Success, Sales, and Product
You don’t take yourself too seriously and enjoy a good meme
Project management experience
Experience with prioritization
Experience working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
