Job Description:
Responsibility for international sales
Set yearly sales goals and motivate distributors to achieve them
Maintain, build and manage distribution channels
Manage distributors to ensure excellent end-user experience
Develop strategies which align distributor needs with the company’s selling objectives
Provide pre and post-sales support to customers
Participate and represent the company in conferences and exhibitions
Assess account needs, analyze customer data and prepare plans to optimize customer satisfaction and overall business goals

Job Requirements:
Education: Engineering/Life-Sciences/Economics degree from an accredited establishment
MBA- advantage
Job skills:
3+ years’ experience in medical device sales, distributor management advantageous
Experience in creating high level of customer experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
