Requirements:• +3 years in customer support or professional services• Proven experience in security company• Dealing with largest accounts• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Windows Server OS /Linux Servers• Excellent communication capabilities• Excellent inter-personal skills• Knowledge of Information and Data Security concepts• Knowledge of Network Architecture concepts• Experience with programming – An advantage
