We are looking for a passionate and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Team at our headquarters in Airport City.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the recruiting targets and strategies to attract new talents.
- Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment data and identify relevant metrics to improve our effectiveness.
- Proactively search for talents using various recruiting methods
- Identify, integrate, and manage recruiting-related vendors and tools.
- Hands-on recruiting
About You:
- At least 8 years of talent attraction/acquisition proven hands-on experience from strategy to operational execution %28preferred in a tech global company%29
- Strong background with a variety of recruiting tools and sourcing strategies
- Strong sourcing skills, experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms.
- Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment process.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, MA degree, a major plus.
- Great written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
