The primary responsibility of the inventory Manager is to lead implementation of inventory module of ERP system and to manage company inventory.
inventory Manager will manage Internal and External Warehouses inventory and will be responsible for generating processes that will ensure inventory accuracy and transparency.
Inventory Manager will lead ERP implamentation and system go live and will be responsible for full reflection of inventory in ERP system and creating procedures, working instruction, trainings, testing and improvements in the system to ensure smooth transition and system maintenance.
inventory and Manager is also responsible to provide professional expertise through leading supply chain tasks and taking initiatives in improving processes.
General duties and responsibilities:
· Lead ERP system implementation, testing and go live activities %28SAP B1 system%29
· Create transparency to quantity and location of all owned items
· Reduce gaps in end-of-month-inventory -cycle
· Creation of internal SOP%27s, working instructions, forms, and effective team work to support inventory module implementation
· Implement solutions for storage, warehousing work and shipments in supply chain
· Create procedures for improving controls and inventory management of all warehouses %28in-house and external%29
· Oversee and update stock levels of raw materials for production at all warehouses %28in-house and external%29
· Develop in-depth knowledge in of inventory module of ERP system and inventory management
· Initiate efforts for improving current processes for better efficiency and faster turn-around.
· Act as the subject matter expert for supply chain activities
· And any other task assigned by direct manager

· College degree or higher, preferentially in pharmacy/ engineering /sciences/supply chain
· At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or supply chain or project management
· Computer literate
· SAP B1
· Fluent in English
Travel %28up to 20%%29 may be required, including international travel
