Responsibilities:
• Follow and translate the 3GPP NR/LTE standards to algorithm feature requirements
• Specify the architecture & SW/HW split for 5G physical layer procedures
• Design new algorithms / defining new architectures for the future products related to 5GR/LTE
• Implement and validate the methods in the baseband simulator of the DSP team
• Produce and update design / performance documents along with the development process
• Support of the Asic team for the Verilog/VHDL implementation
Required experience and knowledge:
• Ideally 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and/or embedded system industry
• Strong background in digital communications and signal processing
• Good knowledge and working experience in C/C++ & Matlab (Python is a plus)
• Experience in version-control systems (SVN, git)
• Knowledge in 3GPP LTE/5GR specifications is a plus
• Knowledge in ASIC and DSP implementation is a plus
