We are looking for a talented QA Team Leader to manage our growing team.
What you’ll do:
Leading CICD team.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
System test and test result updating in timely manner.
Ready to learn new wireless access technologies.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Monitor debugging process results.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Define and maintain Jenkins CICD pipelines.
Setting team goals.
What you must have:
Knowledge of scripting languages from Python.
Jenkins pipeline.
Good communication skills.
Good understanding on UMTS/LTE/GSM air interface concepts, calls flows and protocols.
Basic exposure to NodeB-UE functional testing with E2E understanding and working with UEs and core.
Good knowledge on protocols – RRM, RRC, RLC, MAC, RANAP, S1AP, NAS.
Experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling and security protocols.
Networking knowledge CCNA/CCNP- Advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks.
Good understanding of 3GPP standards.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s degree (M.E. or M.Tech.) in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science Engineering or equivalent training, education and experience.
