RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Work closely with other members of the sales team to build a pipeline and strategize on how to approach targeted accounts
•Construct, forecast, manage your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
•Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
•Demonstrate analytical thinking and leverage data to drive decision making
•Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop content and documentation
•Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns and support issues. Communicate customers concerns or inquiries to internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
•Excellent academic qualifications; B.A./B.SC. from a leading university
•3+ years experience in Saas/B2B software sales
•Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role strongly desired
•Truly excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills
•Willingness to travel international 40% of the time
•Previous experience in ecommerce and search – a huge advantage
•English mother tongue – a must
