The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and ensures a smooth and orderly flow of information/objectives between departments. Primary responsibilities include:
◦Developing and maintaining close professional relationships with our Clients
◦Ensuring client’s short and long term goals are being met
◦Understanding of landing page optimization
◦Preparing and reporting operational insight and project management information to clients as well as coordinating with our in-house Google and Facebook teams in the efforts to plan, execute, and refine marketing activities
◦Strategic planning and troubleshooting client-company issues
◦Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and needs, and to brainstorm innovative solutions with other team members.
Requirements:
◦At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B client-relations management>
◦Demonstrated understanding of online marketing General understanding of technical marketing, including: •Google Analytics
•Pixel and Event Tracking
•Google Tag Manager
◦Must be able to take a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach to solving marketing challenges
◦Experience with Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL are an advantage)
◦Understanding of CRM
◦Must be confident, articulate, and possess professional speaking abilities
◦Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
◦Exceptional attention to detail
◦A natural ability to create innovative solutions and think outside the box
◦Must be a Native English speaker
