Job description:
• Installing products on site (abroad, mainly in USA) including
hardware, software and IT
• Implementing product to meet the customer requirements
and clinical workflow
• Training customers on products
• Providing customer support via phone, remote connection and e-mail
• Participating in the products verification and validation process
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in engineering or exact sciences from a major university is mandatory.
Preferably, B.Sc. in Bio-medical, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in one of the following:
o Testing/QA of Medical device or Medical Imaging company
o Installation of new software/IT products at customer sites
• Experience in the medical imaging industry is desired
• Experience in customer support in English is desired
• Willingness to travel extensively (25%)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
