Assistant Controller

 Main Responsibilities:  
Assist in preparations of quarterly and yearly financial statements according to IFRS.
Assist in preparations of annual tax report.
Ensure accuracy over financial transactions.
Participation in month-end closing process
Take part in the companys annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis.
Monitor bookkeepers and review the accuracy of financial data.
Establishing formulation and best practices of internal controls and policies to comply with ISOX.
Assist with preparing management reports.
Assist in establishing and maintaining financial key policies and procedures
Supports the controller in all accounting-related activities. 
  Requirements: 
 CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm.
Experience in high-tech industry in an international company – Mandatory-
Proficient with Excel
Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
High level of English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player and service-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Prior experience with Priority an advantage.
Prior experience in a public company an advantage.
Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and international tax planning- Advantage.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with a particular focus on the ability to set priorities that correspond with business needs.
