Responsibilities Include:
● Full bookkeeping of the group%27s records
● Managing suppliers %28Israeli and international%29- invoices entries and reconciliations
● Customers and suppliers reconciliation
● Accounts Receivables – Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and aging reports
● Monitor & review of the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date
● Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed
● Month-end accruals
● Filling and preparation of supporting docs for audit
● Tax monthly reporting
Position Requirements:
• 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Experience in Manufacturing company- Advantage
• Experience and deep knowledge of Priority ERP-Advantage
• High-level of English language %28both spoken and written%29
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English
• Team player and service-oriented
• Type 1 + 2 bookkeeping certificates – must
