We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Finance department for a full-time job at our head office in Ramat-Gan to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
The job duties include working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
Core responsibilities
• Maintain accounts for the company. Includes accurately recording, verifying, allocating, and posting day-to-day transactions.
• Payments to suppliers and government institutions.
• Bank, Petty cash and Credit Card reconciliations.
• Monthly employee expense reports & employee’s reconciliations.
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
• Support with monthly VAT filings.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures.
• Preparation of requested documentations for the auditors.
• Responsibility to collection and billing with customers.
Requirements
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience – Must.
• Strong verbal and writing skills in English – Must.
• Strong Excel skills – Must.
• Experience in High-tech Companies – Advantage.
• Bookkeeping certificate – type 3 Must.
• Excellent command of Priority software.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Strong organizational skills, speed, accuracy, excellent customer service and written communication skills.
