Your Impact:
● Managing all bookkeeping aspects of the company %28Israel & US%29.
● Prepare and manage the company’s payroll in Israel and support international payroll cycles %28US%29.
● Manage AP balances, including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments
● Manage AR balances and invoicing
● Take the lead on the month-end close.
● Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to bank accounts, credit cards, accruals, etc.
● Financial reporting to social security and tax authorities. %28i.e., VAT, corporate tax, etc.%29
● Responsible for inter-company transactions.
● Assist with daily and ad-hoc tasks.
About You:
● Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3.
● IL Payroll controller certificate
● Experience working with Shiklulit
● Experience with Priority systems
● 10+ Years of bookkeeping experience within a high-tech company.
● Experience in all accounting processes %28Banks/ AP/AR/Payroll/Monthly closing/multi-currency payments etc.%29
● Experience working with MS Excel.
● Excellent English: speaking and writing.
● Experience working in global
companies with a multi-currency environment.
● Good people skills, team player and service-oriented.
