RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with month-end/quarterly/yearly closings including general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
- Handle AP/AR including vendor onboarding, invoice approval and procession
- Treasury and payroll preparation, activities, benefits and reimbursements in Israel and abroad
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
- Comply with all related laws and regulations pertaining to the position and country
- Act as focal point for all financial and payroll related matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified bookkeeper %281+2+3%29 & payroll administrator %28auditors’ office%29 – a must
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role from a global high-tech or multi-national company – a must
- Experience with foreign subsidiaries
- Experience working with NetSuite – a must
- Great communication skills in written and spoken English
- Strong Excel skills
- Service-oriented, team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
