Responsibilities
Lead data and analytical focal point in different projects across business, product and R&D teams
Collaborate with various business units in order to improve, grow and reach our business goals
Define analytics needs, design and lead execution of analytics projects and tasks such: quantitative analysis, statistical models, automated monitoring tools and more, with the end goal of supporting our clients, sales and marketing efforts
Analyze big data and translate it into effective and efficient data driven action items and initiatives
Responsible for Managing, hiring, professional training and monitoring of the analytics team members
Work as a team player, along to having an independent, fast thinking and creative actions translated into quick results
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in ad-tech or similar related industry, as data analyst or similar position
At least 2 years of managerial experience as a Data Analyst Team leader
BSc in Industrial and Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
M.Sc./MBA – advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fully proficient in SQL, Python and MS Excel
Experience working with large data sets and distributed computing tools (Vertica/ redShift, Hadoop, Spark, etc.), familiarity with verity of big data technologies
Experience in BI processes and visualization tools (MSTR, Tableau, Pandas, etc.)
Statistic modeling, prediction and ML algorithms experience or knowledge
Demonstrate business strategic and creative thinking Proactive, independent, collaborative and motivated
Proven history of excellence English at high level
