Role Description
A trusted advisor to the General Manager and Leadership Team, provides business & operational support across the organization’s functional teams to ensure that the business is running to achieve defined goals.
Ensures collaboration between the organization’s functions and provides a formal, centralized Operations, budget & cost control and leads various projects / strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
1. Collaborates with key stakeholders and leaders to facilitate the success of operational plans and business programs, ensuring that the business and operations of the organization (i.e. Strategy, Budget, Performance, Capacity, Communication, Resources, Stakeholders’ involvement, etc.) are running on the specified cadence and delivering on commitments.
2. Develop and deploy the execution of a strategic cost savings plans, Budget control, stakeholders’ satisfaction, communication, Cost/Cogs accounting & business finance modeling, future facility improvements plan etc.
3. As a trusted advisor to the management, provides essential business operational support as well as acting as a sounding board for business issues, adding value to leadership discussions, and operational discussions.
4. Interfaces between different functions and resolve significant and unique business issues, leveraging his/her understanding of strategic priorities.
5. Provides an integrative view and analysis of various projects and raises areas of concern regarding possible deviations from plans to help the management team making effective and timely decisions.
6. Compiles information and results from different sources and provides reports and analysis across a range of topics as required.
Requirements
B.A in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role from a global company
Practical business experience
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of tasks
Strong communication skills
Fluent English – a must
Strategic thinker with excellent business judgment
