We’re looking for a self-driven, hard-worker, with a ‘can-do’ approach that has in-depth experience in Business Development as well as experience across the following functions; Operations, Marketing, and Product.
This position will own, together with the CEO, the development and implementation of strategic plans to launch new products, penetrate new markets and position the company as the global category leader .
This role will have shared responsibility for new markets set-up (licensing, legal, finance) as well as all partnerships, sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement the company's business strategy to launch and sustain growth in various new markets.
•Direct and manage the new market’s project timeline. Set the project milestones and cross-functional roles and responsibilities.
•Manage the projects’ product, marketing, operations, and financial resources to increase market penetration and deliver profitable growth.
•Analyze and report on key drivers impacting the top and bottom line performance in the new markets; present regular updates to senior leadership.
•Advise on and select external partners and serve as their key point of contact.
Requirements
•MBA from top tier business school or equivalent entrepreneurial background
•2-5 years of experience (post-MBA) in a business/operational role in a fast growing early stage business or at a top-tier management consulting firm
•Ability to autonomously lead projects, which includes structuring complex problems and developing testable hypotheses
•Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, especially at executive and C-level
•Strong proficiency in creating and evaluating business financials, pricing, and deal mechanics
•Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks at any time, and make progress on all fronts
•Excellent communication skills, native English
•An ideal candidate will have former experience within the Insurance/InsurTech industry and/or within the "Mobility" world
