We are looking for Business processes & Project management Leader.
This position has two distinct elements:
1) Oversee all IDR systems and databases. Act as IT business partner within IDR, with interface to a variety of Company functions and mainly IT, Global Operations and Product Strategy as well as external solution providers.
2) Responsible for managing the IDR PMO unit, leading continuous improvement projects in product development, introducing and improving project management processes and tools. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Overall responsibility for IDR systems, ensuring the current systems are adequate to deliver on IDR business processes and initiate improvement where necessary.
· Familiar with all IDR databases and IT tools, leading on behalf of IDR the technical discussions along with the relevant professional IDR manager and Company IT to ensure we meet objectives, timelines and the like, before-during-after the project is carried out.
· Lead, design and manage the implementation of Company Project Management Information System across the relevant global units.
· Oversee IDR projects and set processes to achieve targets and significantly improved performance.
· Responsibility for IDR Project Dashboard including characterization, utilization, stakeholder education and implementation of improvements.
· Design business reports, interfaces, and dashboards to IDR management to reflect and discusses projects status, deviations and trends.
· Foster and develop Project Management culture and knowledge within IDR
· Define with VP IDR the annual IDR KPIs and measure them during theyear.
· Define project management best practice process, tools and methodology (gate procedure, risks management, team meeting, project lifecycle and baseline).
Requirements :
· 5-7 years of proven experience as a PMO
IT orientation
Working successfully with complex systems, global interfaces and external service providers
· Experience in a R&D or product development environment – an advantage
· Experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries – an advantage
· Proven ability to lead and motivate team members and interfaces
· Known for establishing a trusted advisor relationship with internal clients, as well as a problem solver, team player, make it done culture and attitude
· Strong business analysis skills
· High interpersonal and communication skills
· Effective decision making, execution-oriented and get it done mentality.
· Proactive approach that initiates and moves things forward despite challenges.
· Exhibits influential leadership to achieve success when working cross functionally even without direct authority.
· Industrial Engineering or related degree from a known university
· M.Sc. degree – advantage
· Microsoft Office tools and especially Excel
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
