Job Decription:
• Responsible for purchasing projects in various areas as required- electronics< components, mechanics and machinery (also logistics and administration fields)
• Sourcing for the relevant vendors/ manufacturers as for the orders requirements
• Analysis and comparison of the quotes and proposals received
• Managing vendors and Handling negotiations and contracts end to end
•Preparation of the Purchasing orders, follow up on the deliveries and payment “closures” process
•Providing purchasing and logistic excellent service to multiple internal managers and employees within the organization
• Working in collaboration with all relevant departments
• Reduce company's costs and improved payment terms
• Preparing presentations and memos for management discussions
Requirements:
-3 years of experience as a buyer in a global company in start-up /hi-tech
Manage sub-contractor with Full Turnkey solution
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Analytical skills (high knowledge in Excel is a must)
Experience in negotiations and vendors sourcing, familiar with an Israeli vendors market “players” in electronics/mechanics
Import-Export and shipping processes knowledge - is advantage
Capable to work under pressure and tight time-table, independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Accurate and detail oriented
Great communication skills, team player ,service orientated and fast learner
