Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
Present, train and educate partners about product portfolio
Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings
Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows and campaigns
What will make you successful
Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business related field with 3 years or more of sales experience
Experience in strategic selling and marketing within a reseller-partner model
Ability to negotiate and structure partnerships
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Multilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
