Job Description:
Collaborate with the CEO in setting and
driving organizational vision, operational strategy.
Translate strategy into actionable goals
for performance and growth helping implement organization-wide goal
setting, performance management and annual operating planning.
Own the business operations function of the
business- making recommendations on the process, people and technology to
support a scalable operation
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding,
professional development, performance management, and retention.
· Assist the CEO with operative
projections and analyses of existing programs and policies
· Maintain and build trusted
relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Skills and
Qualifications
· BSc/BA in Business Administration
or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
· 5+ years of experience in similar
senior managerial positions, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
· Previous experience working with
suppliers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
· Previous experience operating
under FDA and GMP with a robust understanding of the homologation processes associated
with manufacturing operations.
· Work experience in R&D areas
preferred to be able to strategically drive R&D agenda.
· Extensive knowledge of the drug
development process across multiple phases of drug discovery and development.
· Highly developed organizational,
planning, management skills and oral communication skills and work effectively
with others
