· Lead, coordinate, execute, track and deliver various customer projects from initiation through completion.
· Coordinate with internal teams to create customer plan including project schedule, program milestones and deliverables definition
· Work closely with customers to understand the project requirements and define the roles and responsibilities
· Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications.
· Assess risks and bottlenecks along the project lifecycle, prioritize accordingly and reflect to management.
· Work closely with sales and marketing teams on business aspects of the programs
Requirements:
· At least 7 years of experience in relevant field
· Experience as a developer of communication solutions – advantage
· Experience in customer facing roles & project management
· High level of interpersonal skills
· Excellent English
