• Ensure delivery of projects according to project timelines and contractual obligations
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Learn and understand customer’s objectives while seeking to enhance the project’s scope to help achieve these objectives
• Lead both interfaces and processes to promote project success and team synergy
• Review, evaluate and forecast resources and costs on a regular basis, using the appropriate tools and taking appropriate action as necessary
• Manage Risks, issues, and scope changes effectively
• Monitor task completion, remove roadblocks, communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a client-facing or project manager position
• Excellent communicator – able to communicate at all levels of seniority both internal and external
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing scope, timeframes & resources to achieve objectives.
• Ability to provide innovative ways of solving or pre-empting client requirements
• Worked in a SaaS environment with experience delivering technology-based solutions – Advantage
• People management experience of small teams – Advantage
