This exciting position plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive maximum value from our cloud cost optimization services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Consult customers on best practices and cost-optimization best practices for their cloud usage
● Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via email and/or phone
● Present and give demos of the campony’s Reseller Program and tools
● Communicate customer requirements to management
● Work with DevOps teams to resolve complex customer issues
● Keep sales team up-to-date on customer status for renewal/expansion opportunities
● Monitor customer activity to determine customer’s ROI from using cost management tools
Job Requirements:
● 2 years sales or customer support experience
● Proficiency in Excel and analytical capabilities
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
● Ability to deliver confident and articulate presentations
● Ability to write grammatically correct, extensive and clear summaries of customer requirements, product capabilities, and answers/explanations to customers
● Ability to listen, quickly learn and internalize new technologies, industry issues and business needs
● Great attention to detail
● Familiarity with IT, computing, DevOps and Cloud – advantage
● Ability to work flexible hours
● Ability to travel within Israel
