We are also supporting the Customer Support team with Live issues as Experts of CA/DRM.
• Minimum Requirements:
1. IT experience – Linux, Networking, Scripting
2. Self-Learning – all information exists in documents and VODs
3. Troubleshooting methodology – understand complex system, ability to perform several actions/checks in order to locate the problem and fix it.
4. Support skill-set – main part of the role is to support team activity and support individuals in the wider team
