Candidates should have past experience in Product Management or B2B SAAS pre-sales, and with a strong engineering basis.
Responsibilities & Activities:
Overall responsibility of the company’s customers portfolio
Onboarding customers: from executive alignment, through solution design until successful go-live.
Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
Driving renewals and identifying up sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, champions and other stakeholders.
Establish and oversee the product launch process and customer adoption and engagement.
Working closely with our product team on the product roadmap, and communicating product changes and limitation strategically to the customers.
Requirements:
5 years minimum experience in Product Management/Pre-sale/Customer Success for companies with SaaS/DaaS business model. Preferred managerial experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required in software engineering or equivalent technical experience
Experience in working with web services/APIs and integrating them with mobile apps
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion to impact human health & wellness
Other:
Travel= 15%-20%.
Working hours: willingness to work US hours as necessary.
