Data operations engineer will be part of the customer success organization and will own customers’ data onboarding processes.
As a Data operations, you will work directly customers data teams to onboard the data integration and ETL processes and be key part of a customer successful onboarding projects.
what will you be doing?
- Take major part of data onboarding workstreams with new customers / pilots /POC
- Work directly with customers’ data teams on data interfaces, specs, and integration projects
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL from various data streams via multiple consumption methods %28e.g. Blob, Kafka, SFTP, SQL connectors, REST API%29.
- Perform data validation activities, normalize and explore datasets, investigate and solve data related problems
- Develop data queries and extractions for customer success managers and Customer Value teams
- Lead complex data extractions tasks for answering business questions, ad-hoc reports and customer inquiries.
- Engage with R&D teams and take an active role in the development lifecycle and design sessions
- Be data expert source in the customers success group, for customers and for internal teams such as Technical support and Solutions engineers and business Analysts.

- 3+ years of experience in data operations, big data
- BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics or other related discipline
- Hands-on must experience in developing and maintaining ETL / ELT preferably using Talend
- Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
- Experience in working with relational / non-relational data bases to turn data into meaningful insights
- At least 2 years’ experience client facing role, projects managements capabilities, dealing with customer expectations and deadlines and excellent communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills spoken and written
- Result-driven, pragmatic, and innovative
- Python skills, using pandas, numpy – Advantage
- Experience around querying and managing large data sets in any Business Intelligence tools e.g. Looker, QlikView, Tableau, power BI – advantage
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
