General Description:
A fast-growing well-funded startup that develops cutting-edge 3D printing technology for the foodtech market is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.
Areas of Responsibility
· Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with KPIs and SM budget
· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences as well as analyze competitior online actitivies
· Publish and share engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively across multiple online platforms to generate quality leads
· Measure the success of every social media campaign
· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
· Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
· Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
· Oversee social media accounts in all aspects %28e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout%29
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
· Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
· educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company %28in-house roles%29

Background and skills requirements
· 2-3 years proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role including online campaigns and social media KPIs
· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
· Familiarity with web design and publishing
· Excellent multitasking
