Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Review the business unit’s activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.
Analyze and explore market trends, identifying fresh opportunities and coordinating NPI process with product management.
Develop and execute full strategic sales & marketing plans and programs for the business unit products & channel partners
Responsible for training the world-wide sales teams to drive sales
Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful experience as a Product Manager – Must
• 5+ years of business experience, in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or general management.
• B.A. degree or equivalent, Engineering background – advantage.
• M.B.A. or equivalent advanced business degree
• Strong business and marketing skills to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company.
Proven ability to build an orderly and detailed work plan and implement it.
Strong problem-solving skills, can work cross-functionally in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment and under pressure.
Take a high degree of ownership over work, detail oriented and a proven ability to work independently and as necessary.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience of working with Global organization, ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
Ability to communicate with senior executives in the company.
Excellent English (spoken, reading and writing). Additional foreign language an advantage.
High level experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio and MS Project is an advantage.
Representative, ability to stand in-front of customers andand channel partners and give a sales presentation.
