Director of Global Account Management and Clinical Support to support our growth strategy for our global distribution business segment. This
position will work in the International Sales and Business development department, and will work closely with our operations, regulation, and quality teams to understand and facilitates the company growth in our current and future global distributor accounts. The candidates will be part of the strategic plan to secure additional scope of business globally. In addition, he/she will be able to provide and train clinical technology related tasks and projects, provide support to the distributors. He/she will be part of the Sales/business development team to develop and recruit new distributors from around the world.
The Director of Global Account Management and Clinical Support is responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships with the distributor network. This role is ideal for individuals who have significant experience in clinical and business development environment with account management orientation. The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of working and growing
the international business, of providing clinical trainings, trusting relationships and influencing decision makers, and track record of working as a
liaison between multiple operation department within the company.
Responsibilities include:
Providing clinical hands-on training and presentations to our partners and clients (hospitals, doctors, nurses) – Provides systems training in the field.
Meet and exceed assigned quota and revenue goals through primary focus on new sales pipeline generation, net new client acquisition and closing deals
Being able to travel internationally to our partners (about 50% of the month) for business development and clinical support.
Ability to identify and recruit new distributors/partners around the world.

Take part in global marketing activities such as medical exhibitions.

This position will report directly to the VP of International Sales
Qualifications & Requirements
· 8+ years of business development and/or sales experience (Medical Device industry – mandatory)
· Experience selling products in a start-up environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication (in English) and presentation skills, coupled with the presence and self-confidence to interface
with the key constituents including partners, hospitals, doctors.
· Excellent clinical training skills – Clinical/Nursing background is preferred.
· Available to travel 50% of the time is required.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and processes to achieve commitments/results.
· Ability to perform demonstrations of all the Sensible technologies.
· Prior experience from the medical cardiology market is preferred.
· 5+ years of commercial experience in partner relationship development and management.
· Ability to clearly communicate and work in team environments.
