Responsibilities include:
· Management of CEO's calendar (understand priorities, schedule, track, be his timekeeper)
· Create & maintain materials for meetings
· Coordinate & track execution of tasks
· Interface with board members, investors and various external clients (in English)
· Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Position Requirements:
· At least 3 years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global high-tech environment
· Bachelor’s degree
· Fully fluent in both English & Hebrew
· Quick thinker and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills & good intuition
· Flexible, nimble and pleasantly assertive
· Commitment to excellent service
