Responsibilities• Work closely with the CFO and other executives/partners on preparing and setting the annual budgets• Take responsibility for accurate & timely financial and performance transactions and reporting• Maintain and action all financial records and payments including monitoring of budgets• Working closely with accounting and payroll staff• Provision of management information, including analysis, reporting and controlling of asset management information.• Ensure financial policies and procedures are in place and fully adhored• Collaborate with a CPA, preparing annual financial and a tax reports• Oversee all Insurance related transactions (elementary, contracting, D & O)• Manage cash flow and guarantees• Manage all banking relationships, suppliers, conbtracts and payments• Scheduling board meetings, managing protocols, complying with regulations and NGO procedures
Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in a controller or accounting capacity, working in a fast pace, dynamic environment• Experience working in a non-for-profit organization is desired• Strong Hebrew and English communication skills, both written and verbal• Experience writing professional documents in English• An understanding of, or previous experience working with the Israeli high-tech industry is desired• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant, MBA preferred• A passion for improving conditions for underserved communities and a true belief in the organization’s social agenda• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously• Ability to work independently, with limited guidance• Experience working closely with third-party vendors• Very personable, and demonstrates high integrity, flexibility, and ability to work well at an international company• Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent expression skills
