The Operations Manager will work to assure achievement of the company’s goals and objectives, by managing overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set by the QA,Regulatory and Operations Department to ensure safe and efficient operations.Operation Manager will enhance the operational procedure,systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management and look for opportunities to expand systems, and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company%27s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include familiarity with a variety of the field%27s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. OEM %28sub contractor%29 management, supply chain responsibilities, production line daily support. R&D projects and new product introductions support.
The key responsibilities of the Operations Manager are:
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement quality standards;resolve problems; complete audits; identify trend.
• Maintain operations systems by product handling and storage requirements;implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; Maintain processes for receiving product, equipment utilization,inventory management and logistics.
• Analyze and improve process workflow incuding employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by implementing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors. Effectively manage OEM, to ensure product and service parts supply and provide on going support
• Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels. Responsible for cost reduction improvements.
• Work closely with QA and Regulatory management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Work closely with Sales, marketing and service departments to implement policies , procedure and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with Operations and Regulatory management to ensure all processes remain compliant with governmental regulations.
• Manage all inventory logistics in ERP and CRM.
• Responsibly for shipment and warehouse management including inventory counts.
• Responsibly for global sales activities, on time delivery, parts availability, shipments logistics, Proof of deliveries
• Responsible for supply chain for new projects and for new production introduction projects.
• Responsible for global distribution and logistics of new products %28i.e acquisition/distribution agreements%29

certification within 30 days of employment%29.
• Familiar with Logistics/ shipment terminology and documentation structure and inventory documentation management relative to internal/external QA Audits in accordance with ISO certification.
• Strong technical background.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Requires a bachelor%27s degree in area of specialty or 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
