As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to ensure the value of products is effectively communicated to the different personas through our customers journey.
You use data to guide your work and are familiar with A/B testing, but you are also innovative and a creative storyteller. About The Role
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team from planning to execution.
- Understand our users well, segment different personas, identify their needs and pain points.
- Analyze, package, and optimize the user funnel and journey based on data opportunities, market research, and the users needs.
- Build an end-to-end funnel for a specific persona/use case from acquisition to the platform, to ensure holistic experience and maximize the potential of existing and new customers.
- Identify and implement new tests and strategies to improve results and to uncover growth opportunities.
- Convert product capabilities into engaging, simple, and business-outcome aligned messaging that captures ‘the Why’
- Increase our brand presence and positioning in the relevant channels and find new vertical opportunities.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing team leader with a growth orientation position %28previous experience in B2C SaaS company – advantage%29.
- Experience directly managing at least five people%28managing PMM is an advantage%29.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with building marketing assets – Ads, LPs, minisites, email marketing, In-app, tutorial, onboarding wizard.
- Experience with growth strategies and A/B tests %28advantage%29.
- Team player who knows how to lead people without authority.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills.
- Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- High level of English / Strong communication skills – verbal and writing
