Job responsibilities –
• Generate strategic plans to penetrate new verticals and obtain new clients
• Recruit, manage, and train a team of business development professionals
• Manage relationships with top partners including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects
• Own and operate a large & growing income statement
• Operate in and familiarize yourself with multiple industries, verticals, and partners
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
• Deep understanding of international affiliate marketing
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with serious work ethic
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to client’s needs
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong prioritization skills
• English at a mother tongue level
