Description:
The ideal candidate will have a successful sales track record and an excellent understanding of what drives growth in the Enterprise, SMB and Education markets. He or she will have the ability to interact at all levels across the Commercial reseller channels and carriers. In addition, this individual should have the energy and ambition to embrace this significant opportunity to grow the business. This should include an excellent reputation and extensive contacts within the local market. He/she must be an astute business person who has the intellectual capability to explore new opportunities in the market, and a deep understanding of Enterprise business environment and growth drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of relationships with Enterprise and Education leaders and influencers in the Region
• Key point of contact for building capability for our large System Integrators and developing the business and relationship with our Global Partners – IBM, Cisco, SAP & Deloitte – in the Region ;
• Support and drive the strategy and development of the local distributors, Enterprise resellers and carriers, SMB and Education sales
• Deliver budgeted / targeted sales for Enterprise and Education, full ownership of regional forecast
• Develop an integrated business plan with clear objectives and strategy for Commercial in the Region. This includes POS expansion, Enterprise reseller development, lighthouse/reference cases, SMB and Education sales initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the local Sales team to leverage from their experience and contacts
• Collaborate and work closely with central IMMEA and WE Commercial team to get their support on key deals and leverage from their experience and influence with our partners
