Global Head of Presales is the front-line execution role to ensure our Sales Engineering team are highly successful in
driving revenue, brand recognition, and growth. You will build and maintain long-lasting strategic relationships with our Enterprise Prospects, Customers and Partners to allow wide execution strategies that will lead to success. You’ll be comfortable presenting and building relationships with C-suite as well as building technical sales methodologies to ensure high conversion rates
from opportunity to POC to PO.
In this role, you will lead and oversee the Sales Engineering team to ensure flawless execution and successful delivery of
product demonstrations, POCs, and Pilots, and develop clear competitive advantage of the company.
The successful candidate has the breadth and depth of experience in solution and value-based selling, have track record of
selling Enterprise Software solutions, and in-depth understanding of technical sales methodologies with creativeness to discover and address our clients business pains.
You have demonstrated success in building and managing a high performance Solutions Engineering organization with a will to
win, and continuous improvement, and the ability to evaluate, develop and reshape an existing team as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
3+ years of management experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting or Presales
5+ years of experience working with global enterprise customers, preferably Fortune 500.
In-depth understanding of Enterprise Software sales-cycle
Ability to understand client needs/business pains, define solutions, create proposals and present these to client C-level executives.
Strong software and technical orientation.
A strong leader with proven track records in successful planning and execution of technical sales strategies and projects.
Experience working in selling/delivering software to enterprise companies.
Experience in conducting RFPs and RFIs to private/public sectors and government agencies.
Proven success in building, developing and implementing Presales methodologies that ensures high conversion rate and shorter sales-cycle.
Excellent management skills with a comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities
As Head of Presales you will ead the global Sales Engineering, and directly manage a team. Hire, develop, retain, lead and grow the Sales Engineering team ensuring we continue to hire and retain top talent in the market, providing career growth opportunities, developing our next-gen Presales engineering and effective succession planning.
Build, develop and implement Presales methodologies in product demo, POCs, and Pilots to ensure high
conversion rates from opportunity to POC to PO.
Plan and execute presales strategies to ensure clear competitive advantage and business value from our
platforms.
Partner with sales leadership to provide strategy and support for business development, direct and
in-direct sales, accounts development, pipeline generation and deal
management. Ensure each SE is enabled, empowered and accountable to
deliver high quality work and excellent customer experience.
The Presales team will lead and execute the technical qualification of opportunities, run product
demonstrations, POCs, Pilots and Solution selling to enterprise clients.
The role will be working withsenior client decision makers and will have a large focus around driving,
mentoring, upskilling current team members alongside hiring and further
growing the team.
Focus on Innovation, ensure the team is constantly improving our approach to solution and value-based
selling. Drive strategic initiatives and programs as needed to actively
drive growth and increase in conversion rates.
