Description / Responsibilities
‖ As Head of sales, you will lead the sales team
‖ Drive revenue from new and existing business in a defined territory
‖ Meet or exceed annual revenue targets
‖ Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
‖ Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Q products
‖ Maintain a robust sales pipeline
‖ Work with partners and via channels to extend reach
‖ Manage contract negotiations
‖ Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and key channels
‖ Expect at least 50% travel
‖ Proven experience in sales in LATAM
Qualifications
‖ At least 7 years of sales experience of defense products to governments with proven track record of generating revenue and closing business in millions of dollars
‖ Proven management experience
‖ BA/BSc degree required
‖ Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with senior executives
‖ A hunter at heart
‖ Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
‖ Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, highly creative, self-motivated personality
‖ Both Independent and team player, during the various sales phases
‖ Fluent English, proficiency in Spanish

‖ Sales of intelligence gathering products
‖ Experience in mobile systems and applications or telecom systems
