Responsible for all product line training both sales and technical for employees and partners
Translate highly technical content to sales level
Conduct ongoing analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and processes and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development.
Plan training programs based on business goals
Work closely with enablement, RND, PM, PMM departments
Translate business goals into actionable sales strategies, initiatives and programs and lead roll-out and execution of programs
Create and update playbooks based on seller feedback and shifting market demands.
Create and maintain pipeline influences in the form of Events, webinars etc
Build a trusted relationship with the sales leaders and reps
Ability to run, build, maintain demos
Conducting internal, customer and partner surveys to gather feedback for product education improvement
Your Knowledge & Skills:
A technical leader with a sound business background
Strong background in cyber security
Strong managerial skills
Background in managing top line people highly technical and independent
Ability to take highly technical content and translate it to sales level
Understand the sales process (an advantage)
Understand the buyers & the seller’s process
Experience with working with partners
Excellent communication skills
