Responsibilities:
· End-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, job posting, resume review, interviewing and pre-employment processes.
· Supporting employee lifecycle: Employee relations, Onboarding-offboarding, policy administration and project management
· Supporting Employee Wellbeing events and programs
· Creating HR reports as needed
Requirements:
· 1 to 3 years of prior Recruiting experience
· Experience as Human Resources Generalist will be a significant advantage
· A strong client focus with high energy
· Excellent communication skills, with high discretion awareness
· Data driven, keen attention to detail
· Working well in an evolving, dynamic organization
· Hebrew & English high proficiency
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
