Mandatory requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in account management / project management (full cycle: from business requirements collection to solution delivery) with strong service orientation
Proven experience of successful work with HRIS / HR functions in Medium-Large organizations. References will be required
Proven experience with ERP: Core HR
Ability to manage and operate tier 1 and 2 suppliers / external reps
Great people skills
The candidate should be well organized and have good presentation skills
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Advantage:
SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PM, Comp, reports) hands-on
Experience with Hilan, Greenhouse (recruitment), SharePoint
Oracle ERP / Priority hands-on background is an advantage
Tech background: Active-Directory, API, etc
