Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of imaging calibration methods and software in a production environment.
• Understanding of imaging pipeline algorithms and parameters tuning.
• Design methods to measure and calibrate imaging related parameters.
• Work with designated jigs/charts/optics needed for the calibration.
• Collaboration with optics/HW/mechanics where needed.
• Design and implementation of designated software to control the calibration process (probably written in higher level scripting language).
• Validation and verification of the software
• Usable and simple UI
• Design and implementation of software and algorithms to evaluate cameras, scopes and monitors quality in production environment
• Design and implementation of white light-based imaging pipeline for high resolution videos in real time
Job Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in image processing/signal processing/ computer vision domains.
• Profound knowledge in scientific languages such as MATLAB and scientific python.
• Knowledge in C++ is an advantage.
• Prior experience in medical device companies and quality process-based development is an advantage.
Education
BSc or higher degree from university in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
