Responsibilities:
The Information Systems Specialist is responsible for system administration of various IT systems:
• IT Portal – Sharepoint
• HR system – Comeet
• Finance system – Priority
• Website & Portal
• Travel system – Concur
• Identifies client requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Provides primary technical support
• Oversees data entry and data management, including maintaining existing databases, and creating new reports and scripts as needed.
• Maintains Information Systems to ensure functionality
• Provides information systems training ; creates information systems user manuals; generates related training, and resource materials.
• Ensure systems maintenance:
• Sets up accounts/logins/access controls etc
• Troubleshoots all IT problems and issues
• Provides technology helpdesk for the organization
• Keeps apprised of new technology relevant
Position Requirements:
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in SharePoint system
