We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to manage a sales team
You will be responsible for growing and developing the team by providing expert level sales knowledge, coaching, training and process improvement. You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed business performance targets.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage a rapidly growing team of sales reps.
• Hire, motivate, coach, and provide training to increase productivity and skill sets of employees.
• Direct day-to-day activities to ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met.
• Run a strong operational process around pipeline and opportunity to drive maximum productivity and performance from the team.
• Provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, quotes, and forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management.
• Ensure high quality customer experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience out of which at least 3 as team lead – must.
• Native English speaker – must. Additional languages – advantage.
• BA/MBA.
