Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Proactively prospect new business opportunities with major accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools, & marketing leads provided.
Educate prospects/customers & partners about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to drive engagement
Take the lead in running and closing deals in SME businesses
Drive traffic to various online and offline events including (but not limited to) tradeshows, webinars, Lunch and Learns and seminars
Supports the local partners in the execution of joint marketing campaigns and events.
Manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with members of the assigned territory
Perform other duties as assigned
Desirable Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year experience in working in Technology/IT Sales
Creative problem-solving, strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take the initiative
Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently)
Ability to embrace the team culture
Works well in a matrix organization
Self-Motivated and persistent
Ability to multi-task and prioritise while achieving quota
Desire to grow with the company into a lucrative sales career
